Hello everyone
It’s been a snowy week and the children have had great fun playing outside!
This week some Y5 pupils have had an opportunity to take part in Bikeability. Next week another group of Y5 pupils will take part. As the snow did prevent some sessions taking place this week, an additional instructor will be in on Monday and Tuesday for those pupils.
On Monday, Year 1 and Year 2 had a very special visitor to talk about what life was like a long time ago. Miss Thompson’s Nana came into school to talk about what her life and childhood was like when she was the same age as Year 1 and Year 2, which was 75 years ago! On Tuesday the Y5/6 Basketball team took part in a tournament held at Maiden Castle. The team won two games finishing third in their group. The team played excellently dominating possession in all their games. Please click on the link to view their gallery:

Reminders for next week:
- Monday & Tuesday – Y2 children have been invited to go to All Saints Church and attend the Christmas Journey so please ensure they have a warm coat on both days as we will be walking from school to the church.
- Wednesday – Nursery Christmas songs for parents, please come to the lower hall entrance, the doors will open from 8.45am
