Our young debaters in Tigers Class went head-to-head in a lively discussion about the best city in the North East – Durham vs Sunderland. We were thoroughly impressed by their persuasive arguments, backed by the facts and evidence they gathered during their fact-finding mission homework. It was a brilliant showcase of research, critical thinking and public speaking!

Using teamwork and sharp recall, they recreated maps of the UK’s physical features, including mountains, hills and rivers. It was a fantastic way to learn about our landscape while building memory and collaboration skills!
