German Club News July 2023

Last week in German Club pupils had the opportunity to sample German food. Children tried typical German bread, two sorts of salami and smoked Bavarian cheese. They discussed how the food tasted in German and made some notes about each item. To finish we had Black Forest Gateau which was very popular! The children enjoyed their food and also had fun pronouncing the long word for Black Forest Gateau in German : Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte.
